Renewable fuel standard already limiting marketers' fuel choices

Large Southeast supplier Colonial Oil has told marketers that it will not be able to provide both E10 and conventional blends of gasoline at some racks. The company's move follows EPA's announcement that the U.S. gasoline pool this year must contain at least 7.76% renewable fuel - in other words, ethanol. Colonial was the first supplier to roll out E10 in Savannah, Ga., but kept all conventional blends as an option.
