Valero unveils new C-store concept, will convert 1,000 stores to updated look

With the arrival of the New Year comes a new-style Valero C-store. The independent refiner has just opened its 5,500-square-foot "Road Runner" store in San Antonio. The new-look store is larger and brighter than the company's current Valero Corner Stores and devotes more space to foods and meals-to-go.
