Growth came via additional account signups that offset lower volumes for existing customers.rnMansfield is on course to supply about 2 billion gal of gasoline this year to private, federal and local government customers in 49 states. Its reach includes more than 600 terminals.rnThe 7% volume growth is beneath the average growth rate of 15% in recent years.
