MW distributor takes title to Chicago stations

Buck's Inc., an affiliate of Omaha-based Buchanan Energy, has now taken possession of 81 Mobil stations in Chicago. The deal, first agreed to in mid-August, closed last week. The agreement does not include ExxonMobil sites on Illinois toll roads. When a letter of intent was signed, ExxonMobil indicated that Buck's would extend employment to most station managers and workers.
