Just a year after President Barack Obama signed into law a bill limiting fees on credit cards, banks and card issuers are coming up with new strategies to recoup their lost fee revenue.rnThe financial institutions can get away with the new tactics by changing the description of their plastic. The law exempts federal, state or local government-administered cards, pre-paid offerings, and what are described as "professional cards," which are like corporate cards but carry the same terms as consumer cards.
