ExxonMobil is now shopping some of the most highly sought-after real estate in its station portfolio - the major has started the bidding process on an estimated 150 or so high-volume sites on the Florida peninsula through five separate packages, Oil Express sources say.rnFlorida marketers describe most of the sites on the market as "top shelf," with volume estimated at 150,000-200,000 gals/mo. Many of the outlets feature Mobil's "On The Run" c-stores. Canadian c-store chain Couche-Tard now owns the franchise rights to that format and is believed to be a frontrunner for at least two of the station packages.
