Chevron is shopping 13 terminals in nine states. The company says the move comes "after a thorough review" of its U.S. terminal network as it strives to become more cost-competitive throughout its system.rnSome of the facilities on the block are in markets where Chevron has said it will end branded fuel sales in June this year. But the major also plans to divest terminals in other markets where withdrawals have not been discussed. Chevron will establish throughput agreements with new owners where terminals change hands, officials say.
