Tesoro Corp. soon will launch a new retail brand advertising campaign to introduce ARCO's TOP TIER designation for its retail gasoline in Southern California and the Southwest, according to a recent note the refiner sent to its ARCO customer: Campaign components will include new site-level point-of-purchase materials, a revamped arco.com website and a multi media advertising campaign.
