One of the most acquisitive companies in downstreamdistribution and retail has stepped up the pace.Less than two days after purchasing the wholesalebusiness of Parker's Energy, the deal team at Parkland hassigned an agreement to purchase Urbieta Oil, a distributorand c-store operator in Miami, Florida. It's the largest dealfor Parkland USA, the subsidiary of publicly traded Canadiangiant Parkland, and it almost doubles the retail footprint forthe fast-growing company.
