American trucking activity showed strong growth in February, with that trend likely to continue until the impact of trying to stop the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) begins to show up in the U.S. economy, according to the nation’s largest trucking group. The American Trucking Associations on Tuesday said trucking activity rose by a seasonally adjusted 1.8% in February after falling 0.3% in January.
