Casey’s installs M&A team to accelerate network growth

Casey’s General Stores Inc. has put in place a dedicatedM&A team to accelerate acquisitions as part of thecompany’s new long-term strategic plan, said CEO andPresident Darren Rebelez during the company’s fiscal thirdquarterearnings call.Casey’s opened 50 new stores, acquired 10 and has anadditional 11 under agreement to purchase, Rebelez said.With an additional 88 sites in the pipeline – including 15under construction – Casey’s has positioned itself for futuregrowth, he added.
