Atlantis buys gas retailer, Golden Gate divests ops

Atlantis Management Group (AMG), of Mt. Vernon, N.Y.,has closed on a gas station and convenience store network,while Martinez, Calif-based Golden Gate Petroleum hasdivested assets.AMG purchased a fuel retail chain formerly ownedand/or controlled by Dattilo Petroleum and its affiliatedcompanies, according to Petroleum Capital and Real Estate(PetroCapRe), which acted as exclusive financial advisor.It’s the second major retail deal for AMG in 13 months.In November 2017, the firm acquired 51 CITGO sites thatoperate under the Food Bag convenience store brand fromGeneral Equities Inc.
