Further bad news has engulfed the three lucky' winners of long-term charter contracts for Round 7 of Prorefam. OSJ readers know that the latest round was supposed to be the biggest one of all - with 36 charters promised to help reach the final target of 146 new OSVs - but Petrobras eventually decided to sign long-term charters, for between four and eight years, for only five vessels.
