Each time Gunvor Ulstein features in our Industry Leaders supplement, she seems to have won another award. This year is no different. Most recently, the Ulstein Group CEO was presented with an Equality Award from More og Romsdal county in Norway for promoting gender equality at work. The award was presented to her as "a role model in management" who has "promoted equality between men and women and consciously recruited skilled women, providing important signals regarding the equality between women and men in society". She holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and has previously been honoured with several other industry awards, but she must have her hands full right now, having predicted "restructuring and change" in the business earlier this year because of the oil price and the downturn that it has caused.
