With the oil price where it is at the moment new exploration and production (E&P) activity in the Arctic isn't at the top of the oil major's 'to do' list, but when the oil price rises, as it undoubtedly will, if it increases sufficiently, then E&P in the Arctic and sub-Arctic will be on the cards again, so it is interesting to read a report focussing on emergency response preparedness in challenging regions of the world.
