Survey reveals savage decline in fleet values

Vessels Value has undertaken a unique survey of the market value of offshore support vessel (OSV) fleets (comprising anchor-handling tug/supply vessels, anchor-handling tugs and platform supply vessels) in five major offshore regions by comparing automatic identification system (AIS) data and Vessels Value OSV market values. The AIS data allows analysis of the number of vessels in the different regions over time.
