Earlier this year, DOF Subsea, part of the DOF group, decided not to press ahead with plans for an IPO. The company noted that market sentiment for oil service companies remained volatile, and the oil price, as well as pricing of oil service companies' stock, had fallen significantly (although the oil price has since recovered to a level above US$60/barrel).
