Reporting results for the first nine months of 2017, Wintermar Offshore said news from the region "has been more positive in recent months". It cited Pertamina's plan to drill 70 development wells and 14 exploration wells in 2018 - which is a huge increase over the 40 wells drilled so far in 2017-as an example.
