The OSV market in Northwest Europe has tightened significantly, thanks to an intense period of new fixture activity during March. A huge number of new and extended deals have been announced in the North Sea, while South America has attracted yet more vessels out of the previously overcrowded spot market. And with over 10 vessels heading to Greenland for Cairn Energy's summer drilling programme, there is a large amount of positivity being felt by vessel owners in Norway and the UK.
