Norwegian company rarstad Shipping has sold the 9,500 bhp AH 1S Lady Cynthia to an undisclosed company. The vessel has been delivered to its new owners in Singapore, but is expected to work in the Indian market. The company stated that the sale of Lady Cynthia will give it a booked profit of around NOK 3 million (USD 540,681) in the first quarter of 2013. Four other PSVs were sold in January, with two belonging to Aries Marine Corporation. The 1,200 dwt PSV Jamie G and 950 dwt PSV Dakotah Bill were sold to an undisclosed Mexican buyer. The new owner will reflag both vessels to Mexico and use them on the eastern coast of Mexico. Meanwhile Fratelli d'Amato sold the UT755L FD Irresistible to Tidewater, who renamed it Urdaneta Tide. The 2008-built vessel is currently en route to Las Palmas, Canary Islands. Finally, New York-based marine services company Miller's Launch purchased the 745 dwt PSV Justin Callais, and renamed it Berto L. Miller.
