Cggveritas Acquires 69.7 Percent Of Shares In Wavefield Inseis

Inseis ASA, or 69.7 percent of the share capital and voting rights in Wavefield, have been tendered in favor of CGGVeritas' voluntary exchange tender offer. On the basis of the exchange ratio of the offer, one newly issued CGGVeritas share for each seven Wavefield shares, CGGVeritas will issue 12,877,160 CGGVeritas shares, corresponding to 9.4 percent of the share capital and 8.9 percent of voting rights of CGGVeritas.
