The major features of the development plan implemented by the Congolese State are roads and other infrastructures, international airports, renovation and extension of the port, water and electrical distribution, consolidation of administrative services, education, social inclusion and the creation of favourable conditions for foreign investment.The Republic of the Congo has set ambitious goals and established the administrative structures required for the impressive plan it is now implementing.
