Mexilhao Santos Basin, Brazil

摘要

Petrobras expects to bring the Mexilhao field onstream mid-2010, producing to the Mexilhao platform in the Santos Basin offshore Brazil. The field will be capable of producing up to 15mmcm/d. Discovered in 2003, Petrobras is developing the field with seven subsea production wells. Maua Jurong shipyard in Niteroi near Rio de Janeiro built the fixed platform, which was installed in shallow water.
