Eric Bigeard's announcement that he is to step down as the CEO of Lyreco at the end of 2010 after more than 20 years in charge may have come as a surprise to many, but it was certainly not a decision that was made on the spur of the moment.rn"I decided about ten years ago that I would like to continue until I was 55," Bigeard told OPI in a telephone interview.
