Warnings have been issued to eleven employment agencies which advertised for asbestos removal workers without properly checking the health and safety implications.rnInspectors from the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EAS) found that although no workers had been placed in the jobs, the agencies had breached the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 by failing to explore the health and safety implications of the advertised work with the hirer.
