Technology part funded by the European Union should help emergency crews save more lives after natural disasters.rnResearchers have developed a software application which allows for better co-ordination and communications between rescue teams. The tool should speed up international rescue efforts, leading to more survivors and possibly reducing the total damage caused by earthquakes, floods and forest fires.
