Community groups urged to join blind cord safety campaign

RoSPA is inviting all organisations that have an interest in the welfare of young children to apply for a share of more than 50,000 free blind cord safety packs. The packs contain: an advice leaflet, a cleat (to tie cords up safely), a warning triangle and fixing instructions for the cleat (supplied separately as a PDF). Each organisation can have up to 500 (in multiples of 100) of the packs, which are being distributed as part of RoSPA's wider campaign to end the use of looped blind cords.
