Legionnaires' outbreak investigation

The health and Safety Executive and Edinburgh City Council are continuing their investigations into the possible source of the outbreak of legionnaires' disease in the city and are currently inspecting relevant premises within the outbreak zone. So far, two companies with cooling towers in the area of the outbreak have been served with improvement notices by HSE as part of the investigation.
