The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) has an area of its extensive website specifically devoted to European Safety and Health Legislation. Information is divided into three sections: European Directives; European Guidelines; and European Standards, with each offering historical background details, guidance and links to European, national and international standardisation bodies and other key documents, including the OSH Framework Directive. Other European Directives can be accessed by topic (eg. exposure to biological agents, provisions on workload, ergonomic and psychosocial risks etc), with links enabling users to click on a specific directive and access a summary, with a link to the full text version if required.
