PATHWAYS' EXPANSION FAILS TO HAVE DESIRED IMPACT

A study of the expansion in April 2006 of the Pathways to Work scheme has found that unlike the initial pilots there was no statistically significant impact on any of the work, earnings and self-reported health outcomes.
