Disability services organisation Remploy has signed a deal with BT to provide impartial advice and support for employees with disabilities. Under the 'Enable' service, which went live in March, BT line managers can refer employees experiencing difficulties at work for vocational rehabilitation and support. Individuals can also self-refer to the service. Remploy's vocational rehabilitation consultants will identify any workplace adjustments required and help to implement them, as well as provide impartial advice on disability-related issues.
