I read with great interest the article by Diana rnKloss on 'Working time and the law at work' in rnthe June/July issue(OH at Work 2010;7(1): 33-34).rnWith reference to the nightwork healthrnassessment under regulation 7 of the Working rnTime Regulations 1998, the article asserts that a rnstatement that the worker is fit to undertake rnnightwork can be given to the employer without written consent.
