Updated guidance from the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) sets out career and competence development in OH nursing. The document reflects changes to the OH nursing profession since the previous version was published in 2004 - including the absorption of OH in public health nursing at both the NMC and RCN - and wider developments such as the government's public health strategy and the recommendations of Dame Carol Black's Review of the health of Britain's working age population.
