Turkey’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, ornMENR, has refused to release an IAEA report on the country’snplanned 4,800-MW Akkuyu nuclear power plant to ancourt in the southern Turkish city of Mersin which is hearingna case challenging the decision by Turkey’s environmentnministry to approve the environmental impact assessment,nor EIA, for the project.
