The Louisiana Public Service Commission and retail regulators in Arkansas and the City of New Orleans filed a complaint against Entergy with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission seeking damages of more than $360 million for "imprudent operation" of the Grand Gulf nuclear plant. The March 2 complaint seeks damages for the "sub-par performance" of the 1,428-MW Grand Gulf plant between 2016 and 2020, and an investigation of the plant's management by System Energy Resources since 2012. System Energy Resources is a subsidiary of Entergy and owner of the plant, located in Claiborne County, Mississippi.
