Parsons Teams Up with Savannah River Site Administrators in Support of Waste Facility

After agreeing to a $3.8 million settlement for allegations of fraud, Parsons Government Services is teaming up with Savannah River Site administrators to ensure a critical nuclear waste treatment facility passes federal inspection and is operational by December 2018. Parsons Vice President Frank Sheppard said recently that the California-based contractor has established clear communications with the U.S. Department of Energy and Savannah River Remediation to discuss the "key functions" necessary for the startup of SRS' Salt Waste Processing Facility.
