A GE-led commercial consortium continued the program as the Power Reactor Inherently Safe Modular (PRISM). In 2006, GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH) began validating and updating that earlier work for the Bush Administration's Global Nuclear Energy Partnership.
