Shaw has a "full notice to proceed" on vogtle-3 and -4.On April 8, the Shaw Group announced that the Nuclear Division of its Power Group and Westinghouse Electric Company (of which Shaw owns 20 percent) have received from Southern Nuclear Operating Company a "full notice to proceed" for the two AP1000 reactors that Southern plans for the Vogtle site in Georgia. Southern did not issue a statement but confirmed to Nuclear News that it had given Shaw the notice.
