摘要

The NRC has again asked for 90 days' notice in advance of any submissions related to new power reactors or design certifications. On February 3, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Regulatory Issue Summary 2010-01, Process for Scheduling Acceptance Reviews of New Reactor Licensing Applications for Determining Budget Needs for FiscalYear 2012. This essentially repeated what the agency stated a year ago,as it planned its resource needs for FY 2011.
