CHS Inc. has signed a deal to buy 33 Zip Trip c-stores in the Spokane, Wash., area, and will operate them under its Cenex brand. The stores are owned by Jopo Inc., and Jo-By Enterprises LLC. The purchase makes Spokane the largest single metro market for Cenex. Rebranding should be completed by summer.
