It was announced on June 17 that En-ertech, a business unit of Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company, has signed an agreement with CCI Thermal Technologies. Under the pact, Enertech will focus its efforts on sales and marketing for CCI's heating and filtration systems, which are used in safety- and nonsafety-related applications in nuclear power plants and other nuclear facilities. Kleinfelder, a science, architecture, and engineering firm based in San Diego, Calif., has announced the acquisition of InSite Environmental Inc., an environmental planning and permitting firm based in Stockton, Calif.
