Good news, bad news--and a call for change

What a few interesting weeks of news we have just experienced! We've been in "update mode," as new developments to the news stories in this issue kept occurring, making it difficult to finish things up and send the final product to the printer. In this time of instant and constant news, setting a definitive cutoff date has become much more challenging than it was back in the day, when most of our resource material consisted of hard-copy press releases that we received in the mail.
