Entergy & Holtec File Proposal Recommending Approval of Indian Point Transfer

Subsidiaries of Entergy Corp. and Holtec International, along with the involved New York state government departments, filed a Joint Proposal on April 14 with the New York Public Service Commission (PSC), which reflects a comprehensive settlement of issues related to the proposed post-shutdown transfer of the Indian Point Power Plant to subsidiaries of Holtec for decommissioning.
