Lotus Resources Completes Acquisition of Kayelekera Project

ASX-listed Lotus Resources said todayit has completed the acquisition of the Kayelekera Uranium Mine in Malawifrom Paladin Energy.This acquisition follows Lotus’ June2019 announcement that it wouldacquire an indirect 65 percent interestin the Kayelekera Project, by way ofLily Resources Pty Ltd. (formerly LotusResources Pty Ltd.), acquiring 85 percentof the shares in Paladin’s subsidiaryPaladin (Africa) Limited (PAL). Theremaining 15 percent of PAL shares willbe retained by the Malawi government.
