Anfield Signs Agreement with Cotter to Expand Uranium & Vanadium Portfolio

Anfield Energy Inc. has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement with Cotter Corp. (N.S.L.), an arm's-length party, to acquire the Charlie In-Situ Recovery (ISR) Uranium Project in the US State of Wyoming, and nine past-producing uranium/vanadium properties in the State of Colorado, collectively known as the West Slope Project.
