Utility E.ON Kernkraft is developing a system that would protect nuclear power plants against an aeroplane-based terrorist attack, head of technology Erwin Fischer reported at JVE/s PLIM/PLEX conference in September.rnA battery of ground-based fog grenades would fire on notification of a terrorist alert. They would create a phosphorous fog that would obscure the station, making it difficult to target.
