Energy and the environment

摘要

The National Academies Policy Advisory Group (NAPAG) brings together the UK national academies of humanities and social sciences, medicine, engineering and science. A Working Group of NAPAG has completed a two-year study of UK long-term energy policy, addressing many different factors including security of supply, price, likely demand, environmental impact, technological leadership and public acceptability. A report of this work was published by the Royal Society in June 1995.
