EC refers UK Sellafield concerns to European Court Of Justice

The European Commission (EC) announced on 3 September the unprecedented decision to refer to the European Court of Justice a matter of the accounting of nuclear materials stored in one of the installations at British Nuclear Fuels' (BNFL's) Sell-afield site in the UK.
