Report on the Radiocommunication Assembly and World Radiocommunication Conference

The Radiocommunication Assembly (RA) and the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) were convened in Geneva, where the International Telecommunica tion Union (ITU) is headquartered, from October 20-24 and from October 27 to November 21, 1997, respectively. These regular meetings of the ITU Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) are held every two years.
