摘要

Free relaxation of an electron cloud in a cosmic vacuum is considered. It is demonstrated that the process evolves in the form of a short current pulse during which 99/100 of the initial charge of the cloud is carried out beyond the observation sphere. A specific feature of he process of cloud expansion is that the charge density within the cloud remains constant, decreasing in inverse proportion to the cube of the radius of its outer boundary.
